The answer
The programme is built around meetings rather than attendance. Lunch and both breaks are unprogrammed and on the floor by design, the country desks run in parallel on day two, and 1,200 targeted B2B meetings came out of the second edition. You are not there to listen for sixteen hours.

The answer
90% of the 2025 room was C-level or above, across more than forty companies and institutions and ten countries — banks, development finance, developers, contractors, manufacturers, practices and PropTech founders. Entry is by accreditation and closed to the public, which is what makes that figure hold.

What language is it in, and can I bring a delegation?
The answer
Sessions run in French and English, with documentation in both and Arabic on request. Delegations are coordinated with embassies and chambers of commerce, and hotel and mobility go through the official partners — contact the team early and it is arranged for you.
