How ARIIS handles personal data on this site and around the summit.
The contact form runs entirely in your browser. When you press send, it composes an email or a WhatsApp message and hands it to your own application — nothing is posted to a server here, and no enquiry database exists on this site. Your message reaches ARIIS through your own email or WhatsApp account, and is then held by the ARIIS team like any other correspondence.
Whatever you put in the message: typically your name, organisation, country, email, phone number and the substance of your enquiry. Nothing is required beyond what the form marks as needed to answer you.
To answer your enquiry, to arrange your participation, and — where you are a client, exhibitor or partner — to perform the contract between us. Marketing messages are sent only to people who have asked for them or who have an existing relationship with ARIIS, and every one carries an unsubscribe.
Google Analytics and the Meta pixel are loaded only after you accept them in the banner. Decline, and no measurement script is requested at all — not blocked after loading, simply never fetched. You can change that choice at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer.
Pages viewed, approximate region, device type and whether an action such as a stand enquiry was completed. Analytics data is pseudonymous and is not used to identify you personally, nor combined with your enquiry.
Personal data is not sold, and is not transferred to third parties for their own purposes. It is processed by the ARIIS team and by the service providers who operate our email, hosting and — where you have consented — measurement tools.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship is live and for 24 months afterwards. Contractual records are kept for the period Algerian commercial and tax law requires. Consent choices are stored on your device, not on a server.
You can ask what ARIIS holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to receiving further messages. Write to info@arisummit.com and the team will respond.
ARIIS is a professional B2B event. This site is not directed at children and no data is knowingly collected from them.
