Conditions of participation

Applicable to every sponsor, exhibitor, co-exhibitor and advertiser at ARIIS 2026.

These are the Conditions Générales de Participation printed on the ARIIS 2026 order form, reproduced in full rather than summarised — an exhibitor signs this text.

In the event of any discrepancy, the signed French-language order form is the contractual document.

General

Art. 1Generalities

SARL FNAR GROUP, organiser of ARIIS26, is recognised nationally and internationally under its Immotify brand. The event is presented under the name “Africa Real Estate Innovation & Investment Summit by Immotify”. The terms “Organiser” and “Participant” cover all stakeholders — sponsors, exhibitors, co-exhibitors and advertisers. The official designation is ARIIS26.

Art. 2Products and services exhibited

Products presented must be declared and must correspond to the sector stated. Exhibiting undeclared products is prohibited. The Organiser may require the immediate removal of any non-compliant product, without compensation.

Participation

Art. 3Application to participate

Every application must be formalised by signing the order form. Once accepted it becomes contractual and binds both parties. No transfer of space to a third party is permitted without prior written agreement.

Art. 4Allocation of space

Assigning, subletting or sharing all or part of the space without written authorisation is prohibited. The Organiser determines the size, layout and location of each stand. Any co-exhibition is subject to validation.

Art. 5Withdrawal and cancellation

Cancellation is not permitted. In the event of withdrawal or non-participation, for any reason whatsoever, the full payment remains due and is non-refundable. The Organiser may reuse or reallocate the space without compensation or refund. In the event of non-payment, participation may be terminated without recourse.

Financial participation

Art. 6Payment terms

50% on signature of the contract; the remaining 50% no later than thirty (30) days before the event. For any signature within 30 days of the event, the full amount is due on signature.

Art. 7Default of payment

Failure to meet the first instalment results in automatic cancellation. Failure to meet the second entitles the Organiser to cancel the participation and reallocate the space, without refund of the first instalment.

Art. 8Taxes

The participant undertakes to pay VAT in addition to the amount excluding tax. An invoice stating VAT is issued on receipt of payment in full.

Stand & fit-out

Art. 9Fit-out

Every stand is supplied turnkey: black truss structure, fully printed walls, one table, three chairs and a power supply. Rate: 40,000 DA excluding tax per m², minimum surface 9 m².

Art. 10Graphic design

Artwork must be supplied 7 days before the event in PDF or AI format, high resolution, CMYK. Where this is not met, the stand is dressed with the exhibitor's official logo.

Art. 11Co-exhibition

Co-exhibition is subject to written validation: 20% of the total stand price excluding tax per co-exhibitor. Both entities share the space and are jointly and severally liable.

Art. 12Conduct on the stand

Distribution of materials is limited to the interior of the stand. Canvassing in the aisles is prohibited. Sound levels must remain reasonable.

Art. 13Exhibitor liability

The exhibitor is entirely responsible for its staff, its subcontractors and any damage caused to truss structures, to the Organiser's equipment and to neighbouring stands.

Insurance

Art. 14Insurance

The Organiser cannot be held liable for loss or material damage (fire, theft, accident). Participants must take out their own public liability insurance. Proof of insurance may be requested.

ARIIS26 Magazine

Art. 15Official publication

The ARIIS26 Magazine is the official publication of the event. The Organiser holds exclusive publication and editorial rights. Advertising space does not influence editorial content.

Art. 16Magazine deadlines and compliance

Advertising files must be supplied in the specified format 10 days before the event. Any file received after that date will not be published. Sums remain due, without refund.

Advertising & promotion

Art. 17Marketing and promotion

The participant authorises the Organiser to use images, video or interviews featuring them for promotional purposes relating to ARIIS26 and subsequent editions, on all media.

Art. 18Promotional material

Distributing promotional material outside the stand is prohibited without prior agreement. Exhibiting undeclared products is likewise prohibited.

Enforcement

Art. 19Enforcement of the rules

Any breach of these rules or of the venue's internal regulations may result in the immediate exclusion of the participant, without notice, and if necessary with the intervention of the competent authorities.

Art. 20Limitation of liability

The Organiser is in no case liable for the acts, omissions, negligence or breaches of contract of the participant or of any associated person.

Art. 21Amendment of the rules

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules or add provisions to them. If a clause is invalid, the remainder continue to apply.

Final provisions

Art. 22Intellectual property rights

Participants must warrant that their products infringe no intellectual property right. The Organiser accepts no liability in this respect.

Art. 23Force majeure

In the event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure, no refund will be made. Participation may be carried over within twelve months.

Art. 24Protection of personal data

Personal data collected is used exclusively for the organisation of and communication relating to ARIIS26. It is neither transferred nor sold to third parties. Contact: info@arisummit.com

Art. 25Contractual services & invoice

The services included — stand, services, access, visibility — are described in the invoice issued by the Organiser, which forms an integral part of this contract. In the event of a dispute over services, the detailed invoice prevails.

Art. 26Jurisdiction

Any dispute will be settled amicably. Failing that, it will be submitted to the territorially competent court in Algeria.

Instructions & directives

Art. 27Instructions and directives

You must comply with all instructions and directives given by our staff and by the venue managers, and in particular with all venue statutes, safety announcements and regulations during your participation. A manual containing detailed instructions is issued to each exhibitor and sponsor. The exhibitor is entirely responsible for obtaining visas and completing customs formalities. Stands must be properly staffed throughout the summit. Early departure is not permitted.
