Leadership as a market question
The sector's under-representation is treated the way ARIIS treats everything else — as a structural problem with commercial consequences. Governance, access to finance and succession are the subjects, not the vocabulary of encouragement.

Who takes part
The 2025 roster brought chief executives, regional directors, founders and practice leads from Tunisia, Mauritius, Senegal, Algeria and the diaspora. Several of them are on the speakers page.
