A conversation at the MBIM Engineering stand

A campaign is spent. A partnership compounds.

Media buys a spike. A partnership at ARIIS buys a surface of the summit that carries one name — installed before the doors open, activated on the floor, and still working six to twelve months later. In 2025 that machine put the edition in front of three million people through more than forty-five outlets.

The comparison

Where the money goes, and how long it stays there.

The honest way to compare the two is duration. A media flight ends the day the insertion order does. A partnership leaves you holding a stage you named, a film with your executives in it, an editorial feature and a photographic record — all of which keep working long after November.

The half-life

Three phases. One of them is twelve months long.

A partnership is not a day. It is an installation, an activation and a long tail — and the long tail is the part that decides whether the budget survives next year's review.

Install

Official announcement across the ARIIS channels, association with the programme themes your executives can genuinely speak to, teaser content and the campaign to the accredited list. Your name is in the room before anyone arrives in it.

Activate

The surface you hold, live: stage or space branding, a speaking slot in front of a room that was 90% decision-makers, the VIP networking — with a photography and film crew documenting all of it as it happens.

Compound

A sponsor documentary, the editorial feature in the official magazine, the photographic record and the data pack. Assets you own and keep publishing — which is why the 2025 official sponsor was still being described as a market actor long after the lights came down.

One partner, in full

A sponsorship became recognition that outlived the event.

Homely did not buy a banner. It bought the right to be described by other people as a market actor — and that description is still in circulation.

On the record

National television covered the second edition. Partners were in the frame.

Before you commit

What a marketing director asks once the room goes quiet.

The objection

How do I measure this? I cannot defend a sponsorship on atmosphere.

The answer

You are given counted outputs rather than adjectives: press features attributable to the edition, the reach figure with its full number behind it, the film and photography delivered to you, and the accredited attendee profile. The 2025 monitoring dossier — 17 institutional, 23 economic and 14 broadcast items — is published on this site, so you can see the shape of the reporting before you sign rather than after.

The objection

Will my name end up as one logo in a wall of thirty?

The answer

No, because the surfaces are exclusive by construction. There is one name on the stage, one on the evening, one on the badge. If someone already holds the surface you want, we tell you it is gone instead of selling you a shared version of it.

The objection

What if the content around my brand is not something I want to be associated with?

The answer

The programme is published in advance and the themes are fixed — transparency, digitalisation, public–private structuring and capital de-risking. You choose the surface that matches what you want to be known for, and where a partnership carries a speaking slot, the subject is agreed with you in writing before it is announced.

Talk to a person

Tell us what you want to be known for. We will tell you which surface carries it.

Every surface carries one name, and names are settled in order of signature. Start while the one you want is still open, and the team will map it to what you are trying to be known for.

Nine surfaces. One name each. Allocated in order of signature.
